...each and every thing by the principal as i worked in educational group of lodha. Salary is also not proper as per the work done. Problem solving is always taken place secondly. Lots of politics.

...I have left this company due to some personal reasons otherwise company is good. Depending on your performance, the company gives nice bonus, compensation, and salary. Gaining an experience from this company has enhanced my profile.

Hierarchy is a bit big.

They didn't support any employee infact they stopped the incentives and the benefits that an employee should get. deferred the salaries and didn't give it back. no verbal or written communication about when will they give the deferred salaries back.

Work culture, Management lacks in communication, Pay, wrong commitment towards the salary package. while joining they tell you that the week offs are Monday and Tuesday, But the management doesn't let you enjoy the week off on Tuesday

The company is great in terms of it's training and development programs and ambience.

Dislikes

...biased. Only grads from top tier institutes are selected for GM level and above. Junior level staff gets transferred through IJP to the dept of their choice with no pay raise and at deputy executive level. Top management is absolutely biased and unfair.
