HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
