On site working hours are more then 12 hours, contractor are not professional, taking holiday is very difficult here. No personal life, no work life balance, pressure is tremendous here. Lack in staff , maximum people leave after one year and before that .

EVEN THOUGH THE SALARY PACKAGE WAS GOOD BUT DURING THE TIME OF PANDEMIC THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING EMPLOYEES ASKED THEM TO RESIGN AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE RESIGNATION EVEN WITH THE BOND OF TWO YEARS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD TERMINATE.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.
