HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

They didn't support any employee infact they stopped the incentives and the benefits that an employee should get. deferred the salaries and didn't give it back. no verbal or written communication about when will they give the deferred salaries back.

Work culture, Management lacks in communication, Pay, wrong commitment towards the salary package. while joining they tell you that the week offs are Monday and Tuesday, But the management doesn't let you enjoy the week off on Tuesday

Dislikes

Covid related Salary cut by 50% right from March when no other corporate even thought about it. Targets remained same but salary became half and eventually got fired when there were no sales during lockdown months.
