it is good company in terms of project that they are doing and i like working on different aspects of engineering that are not traditional

Well sometime work is good but overall compensation doesn't match with your experience. Hr have not good policies about compensation in terms of experience they just give certain % hike and say this is best we could do.

HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

They have use and throw policy, once your need is finished they simply removes you from job. Your boss is everything here, he can do anything with your carrier. HR dept is very weak / poor. Take interviews again for internal transfers also. ZERO job security.

...company in that sector and working hours is to good in lodha group in any sites. Salary is on time in every month 1st working day.

As leading brand name lodha group has its own policy based on that policy terms and condition there is diffrence between actual and realistic, there is level diffrence between person to person, it depends upon its qualification and experience but it make huge diffrence as a human being higher level mangement only consider those people word who are on top levels. There is no justice in down the line specially in all sites. There is no respect and appreciation to lower level associate for thier hard work in some cases.

The only good part is the Salary part, which is Credited at start of month.

No job security, worked for six years and one day management decides to give you Pink slip, without even giving prior intimation, leaves the employee in worst shock of life. Very poor higher management people, only give promotion to their good will people. Growth is hampered if you are not in liking of your Manager. Job is very tedious and tiring, and a person is always over loaded. No family life, at end of week you are tired and exhausted.
