...al policy for Covid. They extend our leaves so that we can take them if we want. Regular salary was also given. We survive in Covid due to this. Thank you, management.

Dislikes

They have use and throw policy, once your need is finished they simply removes you from job. Your boss is everything here, he can do anything with your carrier. HR dept is very weak / poor. Take interviews again for internal transfers also. ZERO job security.

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.
