Locuz enterprise solution is a service based industry and all employees working hard but salary is not good. Only sales, marketing and manager's are having high package but engineers are getting very low salary.

There is so much to learn in this organisation. It is a small organisation and if you are starting your career then you will get multiple responsibilities to handle.

Dislikes

Management is sluggish. HRs won't respond to your queries. If there are salary issues then they will ignore mails and calls or any form of communication. Appraisal percentage is somewhat good but it is delayed by months.

Limited Medical Insurance: The medical insurance coverage offered by Locuz is subpar, with only a 1 lakh policy. Moreover, it doesn't extend to cover employees' parents. 1. Best thing is walking the path of the visionary leader, Mr. Uttam Majumdar and a couple of other highly sensible Leaders from the Management team. 2. Salaries were paid more or less on time, despite the pandemic situation.
