...hey only listen to the mid mangers and are not concerned about other employees). Be very clear about the CTC they offer because they don't have a policy in place and will insist you to join early and give you reason that if you don't join early you won't get the variable pay as the same is given on quarterly basis. But as soon as you join you come to know that they don't give variable pay in the quarter of joining and leaving even though you have worked for entire quarter. Apart from your team manager, the hr is also least concerned about your problems, they won't even hear you out and won't even take any action if there is any problem you are facing with your manager. All in all, it's not a go to company especially for female employees.

Zero Ethics No Job security Compensation structure is pathetic No jr department to look for issues 70% employees left willingly within an year and those who are working is dying to get other job. Work till 9 pm is common and 1am twicw a week with no sunday shows how ur wrk life balance actually balances itself. Recently heard, company is not safe for women, women complaining about the teasing incident have to leave the organization, and this his how thwre ethics work.. Company is good for ??? Partiality in responsibilities and benefits are common practice..

...out proper compensation. They made us come to work even during a covid breakout. They promise the variable pay to be 100 but will only give 15. No empathy towards their employees

Worst company culture and people, the management is biased, the roles are not defined, extreme level of harassment from the management, poor work compensation, the HRs are useless, terrible workplace, horrible in terms of office politics, people are more interested in employee's personal lives.
