Good opportunity to learn. Provide uniform free of cost If you are a trainee or new comer, you have the freedom to make errors and learn from them. Some of them are truly friendly.

...h in time. Nights shifts on Saturday and morning shift on monday is the worst. Unaccounted deductions from your pay and when u ask for reimbursement HR will postpone it soo much that you will forget it ever happened. In one word, do not join this company as an engineer. If you get a manager level post, go there and settle. If you think about joining this company as a fresher or engineer, your time over there will be miserable and you will regret joining there. Worst of the worst HR people work here. And most importantly, Forget promotions. There are people with 12 years working there without even a single promotion, whereas the manager got 3 promotions. (If you have internal source, you can enquire yourself to verify this truth) Everything written is out of experience and is my honest and frustrated truth. And tbh I am a top 1% cream talent (proven) of the country and the company failed to recognise my talent and treated me badly and so I left. Honestly, If you believe you are talented and you think you can do more, then join elsewhere. There are smaller companies doing much better for their employees.

...eam. You will have good work culture in middle management supporting each other. Good place for begginers to learn & for further learning course fees are deducted in terms of salary otherwise its a best place to have a sustainable job with minimum job security.

Good opportunity for freshers and who wants to learn about aerospace part manufacturing they providing full freedom to learn and improve our skills

Poor work life balance as per company norm company timing is 8 to 4:30 but managers are pull us to stay back until 6 or 7 (applicable for composites don’t know about metallics) There is no work satisfaction you feel managers give you unwanted pressure on you Poor management heads in composites

It's gave very big change over in my carrier.I was start my carrier at ATC in ordinary machine operator.Thanks for ATC.it's very big support to government for lockdown;if possible allow to employees work from home and arrange all facilities for work
