You are let to explore everything and anything by yourself.

Dislikes

Strict work timings. 6 days working. Below average salary. No proper work culture. They outsource candidate and have only one client which is not their direct client. They have one opening at a time and give immense pressure for closure and all of a sudden they ask us to pause. No work life balance . No employee benefits no leave policy no pf. package is very less compared to the industry standards
