Departmental work culture is very bad. discriminate by department head. Many Marathi officers have been dismissed from department. also Being mentally harassment by department head.

Unprofessional workplace at head office. Work life balance was not good for my area of work. My HoD was very orthodox-type & his corporate behaviour was way below mark.
