Not getting enough salary as per work performance. No appreciation for hard work which is done previously and expecting more. No personal life. Not getting enough leaves. no increment. At the time of increment, shows many reasons, excuses.

There were no aspects whatsoever to be liked about in this organisation. Right from the start, there was no transparency. This is again my personal experience and opinion during my time at the company.

... some of things which people commonly faced and some are my personal experience! 1) The salary structure discussed wasn't the salary which we got in the offer. CTC is different. 2) Variable pay is included 20 percentage of your CTC which was also not communicated. 3) This Variable component you can't even expect. Each month they say random reason's and deny your variable! Atleast for me this happened. 4) Poor work culture, you are treated as labours. Average travel per day is around 60 to 80kms. The petrol allowance is also reimbursement soo late and is a fixed amount which is not sufficient. 5) Managers are the worst, no support whatsoever, you are left to deal with issues. Your mental peace is literally gone. Clients treat you really bad due to false commitments from sales team. 6) I personally was abused by managers due to my inability to not speak Hindi fluently which is not a mandate. I was mocked in front of people and told I'll resign in months in my first day. 7) As a person, I was mentally low, Treated badly, not compensated for the works I did and also worked even on Sundays as you don't have a choice.

Pathetic experience and work culture. Almost 12 hours work of everyday infact my manager would not leave a chance to get on nerves over 1 weekoff Monday we had . it was clearly stated policy if you do not achieve desired targets on weekend Monday would be kind of working. Unrealistic targets and immense work pressure. Absolute microlevel management.

I work as an Interior Designer and i love the fact that we can be creative with our work as no one here interferes in our designing and we can be at our best as long as our clients are happy with our work. If i am facing any problem at any point, there is genuine help and support from our Team and seniors. There is wide scope for skill development as long as you intend to observe and learn things from the system positively.

Dislikes

...is very less with respect to the amount of work that we do. Frankly speaking , looking at my salary package, it wont be able to take care of even two people in my family let alone to run the household.

... disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Be careful before joining such a toxic culture or else you might get good salary but it’s fully rotten and not worth the money.
