They know how to use there man power n make them suffer whole life , if u don't achieve ur Target they ll deduct salary n throw PPL out without any prior intimation

Dislikes

They didn't pay salary for all third party staff n no releiving n experience letter to 4-5 yr old employee in the system

I love this company because of my team leader because behaviour of my team leader he is too good person above off our mindset I always remind my company because of my team leader ❣️ Abhijeet Acharekar I always I think if infuture I joint in some another organisation always I get only and one abhijeet achraker only I don't have word to explain my feeling but I really love a nature of that person.

Just about sallery they provide a minimum sallery and staff is not satisfied in that

Worst life Insurance broking company IIFL, I was hired by a Senier Manager Grade, No respect at all from the leadership team

Dislikes

IIFL broking life insurance company is good, But IIFL insurance broking Leadership Management is Worst to Worst no employee satisfaction.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
