The only thing I liked about Living Food is leaving it

... culture Toxic environment Irrelevant questions from founders on BAU activities Salary never given on time or in full Employees are treated like servants No proper working hours No defined job responsibilities Do not work here unless you want to make your life hell. The day I left Living Foods was one of the best days of my life and everyone I worked with had the same experience. People are terminated without proper reasons and even the due salary is not paid. Verbal abuse from founders and top management is an everyday occurence. Never got my F&F or relieving letter. Joining Living Foods was the worst mistake of my life but atleast no other company can be worse than this.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing nice. With founders who treat employees like trash, they don’t have anything positive.

Dislikes

The sheer arrogance, audacity and ‘I own you because I pay you’ attitude of the founders. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb are running a scam, eating investor’s funds. Rampant pilferage and corruption through vendors. They have no clue how to run a food and beverage business.

terrible experience working for this company. The culture is toxic, and there is no work-life balance. Management is unsupportive and doesn't seem to care about their employees' well-being. The workload is overwhelming, and there's never enough time to get everything done. I felt constantly stressed and anxious, and it took a toll on my mental and physical health. I would not recommend working for this company to anyone. There are better options out there.

Worst organisation ever. There is no management for anything they are just focusing on launching products. They don’t have certified products in market. They just hiding reality from the customers.

Worst to worst place to work. If they will hire you they will promise you they will give you hike after 3 months but it will not happening. Because they will take advantage.

Some people use politics and taking over blinding others , place take care this company management. Other wise company is health only
