Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Worst place to work. Don't ever think of joining this company.

Dislikes

Everything is worst here. Salary issue. He will not pay for 4-5 months. Director only like female employee. For male employees he will fire anytime.

There is no response to anyone related to salary It's too delayed salaries some people 7 months completed also not received salary 4 to 6 months salary late If u ask salary to MD they will relieve u immediately Work also not good not following Glp Animal house not cleaned also study personal only clean Animals also keeps some only not fully for study There is. No experience candidate My suggestion is don't go to jail Compare to this jail only better I'm not received 3 months salary

Liveon biolabs company not going intime salary. Example - employee get salary an January month in month of April or may. Just imagine how horrible it is.. And they expect more work commitment and working hours

Its very worst company,MD is fraud person,salary is very irregular, MD always say story regarding the salary. Every morning vendors are standing to recover money. Beautiful girls get more respectfull from Management. Manag.ent has not paid power bill,GST,Water bill also😄😄😄😄 Guys please note if your not able to get the salary after reliving Kindly complaint in labour office for sure u will get your salary.

There is no security to our job. Policies are not implemented properly.

Dislikes

Salary is not in time. I have relieved 45 days back still they have not paid 2 months salary. EPF is also not been credited. HR policies are not good. Work culture and Job security we can't think of. If someone leaves the company, they won't pay salary for last one or 2 months.
