I have more than 14 years when I joined this company . I always tries to sticks on to a company for more than 4 years . They pretend as true professionals. But they lies . For me it was terrible 6 months in that company

Everything from the management to the project manager. Well, there are lot of issues with people besides learning and developing. very toxic environment, especially who's going to work in the UA project. Honestly, Its the worst company I have ever worked for. You gain nothing at the end, neither knowledge nor a quality experience.

Good work culture and the freedom. It is easy to get in touch with the people at the top and everyone is friendly. There is also a gaming area and a library for chilling.

Dislikes

It is hard to change projects especially if you get stuck in a support role.

Work life balance is the main plus, Free to work remotely, No timings for you work , Work environment, Free to learn new Technologies, No politics, Onsite oppurtunity if you are capable, Flat structure environment, Transperancy, Perks will be provided as MNC provides etc.

Dislikes

Currently No dislike for Litmus7 as more than 3 years working here I did not see any negative other than some lay offs of non-billable resources in last year
