Fake company. There is no job security. I have worked with Lisa Home for 2 months. And from my in-hand salary without informing they have deducted my 4k PF and which is not been transferred yet to my PF account. In month of Feb I left the job because they played with my salary. Worst company I have ever seen till now.

They make people fool. Director give to much pressure to the employee and say if you didn't complete the target we will remove you from the company

Fake company, payment of candidate are done on working hours no fix sallary. And sallary deduction are so much that owner has no money to pay to employees. And all the sallary deduction is done by owner itself. No system. So much pressure. Rude owner. From 1st day of joining targets are given above 2 lacs. Bakwas company hai kuch professional nai hai, sabb kuch owner ke anusar chalta hai. Fake company. Owner has no manners to talk with employees. No job gurantee. Many employees are been removed even at 1st week of joining. While interview owner will talk so nicely and after joining so rude and no shift timing he tell employees to work for 12 hrs even at night for meetings.

...t you face any issue or you commit a mistake, everyone helps you to solve it. Salary, payments and compensation- Till now, I haven't faced any issue with it. Company expects you to be professional and time efficient with your reports and if you are disciplined, you get your salary on time. If you overachieve your targets, you have compensations ready for you. From giving cold calls to managing sales for the company, I have learnt every bit of my expertise from the CEO & the co-founder themselves. Where do you get so much exposure? So, if you ready to commit 100% to the cause, LHS will ensure that you rise and you get rewarded.

Not that I can possibly think of right now. The management itself is quite commited to introspect and improve it's functioning, regularly. Would love to have more coffee parties for sure.

Lisa Home exactly feels like Home, gives you a homely vibe but apart from a homely vibe you need to be way to efficient and effective at whatever work you do. From the very beginning everyone has been so supportive and helpful. Work culture is pretty much cool if you complete your target at given time, nothing goes unnoticed your hard-work is definitely appreciated and complimented, in short it is recognized by the entire team. Here in LHS we get a good exposure and ample opportunities. Instant support and feedback is always received. At the end of the day every company expects you to be fruitful for the organization rest is history :)

Certainly, I haven't experienced any such things to dislike about. If you do your work dedicatedly then salary, growth in your career, appraisal will automatically come in hand!

Nothing. Salary is given based on your hours of work even if you are a full time employee. And that too 50-50. CEO/manager will harass you mentally over call and then will say he was joking.

Dislikes

...make you roam behind them for 3-4 months after leaving for an experience letter. Forget about the pending salary.
