Nothing, it's a terrible place to work.. Management and senior people don't know how to behave with employees.. They really misbehave as if others are their servant..

There is no ethics , Liqvd Asia does not pay dues (FnF) or salary properly.. My last 3 an half months salary is still pending and when I ask them, there is no response.. Employees have to work according to the seniors wish ( it can be anything) or else employees have to suffer, that's how the company culture is..

Recently after they change company structure all things change i mean they never think about employees before giving offers. when i join the culture and all are good but now everything become terrible.

This is the company i have came across my carrier where the founder (Arnab Mitra) loves gossips. He enjoys if 2 employees are having a bad conversation by putting in more negativity. Holding back salaries of various employees. And directly giving threat to employees. Pathetic environment, Pathetic work culture. HR is only there to make the things right. Otherwise she is also part of the same pool.
