-Management are very biased, -Low salary, -Annual increment is also 2% -No holiday on bank holiday and Sunday working -Recently shifted to a other space, with no basic hygiene, with the all team members put it in one room ex. credit + sales + collection with lots of background noise -No value of hardwork -

-No growth: rotten management, they hire people at senior positions from outside, instead of promoting their own employees. -Same CTC throughout no increments -Sat and Sundays are working for which there is no additional pay -No reimbursements for travel or Wifi during wfh -Recently shifted to a compact space, with no basic hygiene or decent ambiance.

I was just like a guest in this comoany as i was laidoff without any intimation in just one month.

... options:- Either you resign and serve notice period. Or you will be terminated. Prblm was with them and they threaten you that they will terminate you so that company does'nt need to pay you anything. Do not join this thirdclass company which do not provide you job security. No transperency in management.
