With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! It will give good package and good transport facilities.

It does not care about individual aspirations and it will take every small opportunity to fire the employees and if you want to have rewarding career don't opt LH.

Let me introduce to you that M/s Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. it was KPO was bought by M/s Liquid Hub in the year December 2016 and later acquired by M/s Capgemini in the year February 2018. Till date it is known as Capgemini. I worked at Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. for 9 years. Working culture in my department was excellent.

Project is good. Even onsite team is friendly. You'll learn more about the process. Very big team, so that u can learn the complete project process.
