Their is no progressive attitude of management and no upgradation in technology so work quality suffering and management blaim to working staff about that but problems in machine and technology which was not upgraded

You can learn many things here about new techonology but cannot built your career overalls carrer growth is slow

Dislikes

Growth is slow work pressure is so high.job is not secure .no canteen facilities. Behaviour among team may cause you demotivate even if you give your full time ,skills,knowledge.no proper guidance for freshers

It is a good company to work with who is willing to take additional responsibility and initiative, will have better opportunity and growth. Excellent working culture.
