WFH policy will no longer will be available and the company is asking everyone to come to office. It would be great if the company is more flexible, and may be starts a hybrid option, where we can work from both office and home.

They celebrate all the festivals. And yes my learning for HR Recruitment started there, as they have given me my first job opportunity. Sujit da is a very good person, who handles security over there. Abhishek Sir is more approachable.

SRIJITA.... That lady is constantly poisoning that place. Both the Sir was good,but they are also blindly dependent on that pathetic lady, for which the lady is having the power to pollute the work culture over there, for these blind dependancy , and the constant nuisance of Srijita that company is facing the loss. no employee can stay there, except for Srijita. She tries to snatch every one's credit, and mentally tortures the other employees. She is the reason why I left that organisation

I have learned so much at Linquest Global. They push you to excel and provide necessary resources and guidance. Founders are visionaries who genuinely care about growth. Though it's demanding and the expectations are high, but the rewards are worth it, if you are willing to put it in the effort.

The workload can be overwhelming at times. Limited flexibility regarding relaxation during office hours due to work load.
