Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Company give good salary but not give on time. Career growth is slow. Working pressure very much also Client pressure . Company financial situation is very bad. So all projects are too late and salary and expenses not give on time. Last thing i am left Company about 1 year ago but company not settlement my ledger balance and experience certificate etc.

Company located at remote area and in such condition company is not providing transport facility even in medical emergency also, local transport is not available at same place, HR VP is directly replaying that we have not confirmed same to you at the time of interview
