Nothing… They micromanage the things a lot… no increment in salaries just giving fake promise's of promotions and salary increment.. Very bad working culture.. No ethics how to talk to one individual… no professionalism at all..

After Nearly 2 years working from home, I can confidently say this is the best place to I've worked . The work culture is incredibly friendly, with no excessive pressure and also have a freedom to share our ideas. The managers are equally supportive and treat everyone like a family ,creating a collaborative environment.

Work culture is too bad. In the name of training ,there are some people in the organization just they do timepass of ours. They don't even guide properly regarding the portal we are using. They get paid without doing much task in the organization...kaamchorr type . Specially the manager her search is also not that much good but when we don't find relevant cvs she says apni search share kro ,yells at us and says aisi search banayi h aapne ek bari dekha hai bla bla lot of bakwas she does and when she shares her search the same cvs I find in her search also . Then how blames us for the search and says I am experienced , bakwas search unki hoti hai na ki hamari. Bas cvs do cvs do each day same slogan , pays less stipend but treats interns like employees.

I had a wonderful experience working in Linkruit. If anyne wants to really have a great learning experience in enhanncing their carrer in talent acquisition, linkruit is a perfect organization . I had a great experience working on domestic as well as international positions. Linkruit really changed me as a person in terms of personal improvement and professional skills. Supervisor and employees are really helpful and motivating. Linkruit enhances your team spirit working together with other team mates and employees.
