...ry good in that company comparing to all other company in mahendra world city But the salary is not satisfied as for the posting they are giving thn the traning for the skill development and movement is very good overall good company

Many times immediately asking the material so this things I am not satisfied due to I want to understand the product and specifications of the material supplier selection very important so I need little time to analysis market and all .

Company culture need to revamp to motivate and provide internal job changes for intersted people who for process change internally

There is not much to like, If for me I like the product which are manufactured there.Dont have anything to like.

Worst company ever. Wrost management. 1) The management want to do what they want to do. If u don't listen to what they told you if it is wrong you are going to fire.Now I will give some persons in that company named i) The HR named Arun Sir is a humble person he want to give opportunity to all.And I always respect him. ii) The HR named sangeeta she will be gentle to you and you will think she is good but she is also wrost, In outside she is gentle but from inside she is headache. iii) The production admin named Dilip he will talk with you sweetness but he is also a clever worst person. iv) The production manager JP, he is a culprit in the company, don't have behaviour manner, don't have talktive manner, I can't able to remind a single good manner about him. 2)They provide good quality of food in day only because in general shift there are higher official are coming. Otherwise they provide non hygieneic, bad quality of food. 3) For trainee persons its a wrost company, because the production house is operated by a worstest production manager named J.P. He is frustrated person always in high temper with his juniors and for trainee person he is like a demon.
