worst management, worst company, higher management enjoying on the course of the hard work of the lower worker, looting credit of the hard work of the worker. Higher management mostly are unqualified.

nothing like here, company is not functioning to make profit, it is working only for the growth of china economy and worst thing is even some Indian working as a higher management helping them to do so.

how can a company having monopoly business running in a loss since last 10 years ? There is huge manipulation in accounting and legal compliance. Company has no respect for Indian Laws.

Company don't know their future planning and product target. Machine stop. Line stop. No one care. Just only know low budget. And problem occurs in repairing of Machine. Very old. 30 year old machine. No spare. Work life balance if you are freshers forget it. But after 1 year or 1-5 year. If you are capable enough do to jod roal perfect you can enjoy. But every time new challenge and you have to solve without any support.
