...ry good in that company comparing to all other company in mahendra world city But the salary is not satisfied as for the posting they are giving thn the traning for the skill development and movement is very good overall good company

I learnt lot of things in this company Give freedom to work all the activities And proved my talents all the sectors

Many times immediately asking the material so this things I am not satisfied due to I want to understand the product and specifications of the material supplier selection very important so I need little time to analysis market and all .

The yearly increment is good in market but cannot expect in future

No proper promotion on time except HR the team out of 5 members in team out 3 got promoted in current year every 2 years they get promotion i don't know what excellence they have

Working in core and supporting to captive industry otherthan third-party

Company culture need to revamp to motivate and provide internal job changes for intersted people who for process change internally
