My time at LINC Education and its sister company, The Worldgrad, was marked by several challenges. The L&D manager and assistant manager displayed a prejudiced hiring approach, impacting the onboarding experience negatively. The overall lack of organization in the working style led to confusion and hindered efficient workflow. Regular imposition of unrealistic deadlines created undue stress, compromising the quality of work. The management's impatience with new employees' learning curves hindered professional growth and teamwork. Additionally, there was a significant lack of trust from management, adversely affecting the work environment for new hires. The promised hybrid working style did not align with the actual implementation, reflecting a lack of transparency. Collectively, these issues made my experience disheartening, and I hope this feedback prompts positive changes for future employees.

I have been with the company for 2.5 years and it has been a fantastic journey so far. The supportive culture, growth opportunities and work-life balance make it an excellent place to work. The founders are transparent and approachable. I am happy to be part of such a great workplace.
