My time at LINC Education and its sister company, The Worldgrad, was marked by several challenges. The L&D manager and assistant manager displayed a prejudiced hiring approach, impacting the onboarding experience negatively. The overall lack of organization in the working style led to confusion and hindered efficient workflow. Regular imposition of unrealistic deadlines created undue stress, compromising the quality of work. The management's impatience with new employees' learning curves hindered professional growth and teamwork. Additionally, there was a significant lack of trust from management, adversely affecting the work environment for new hires. The promised hybrid working style did not align with the actual implementation, reflecting a lack of transparency. The director needs to be changed ASAP, he will destroy the company ( Salman salim) . He should quit the organization, he doesn't know how to run the company. He has already shut down 1 organization college dekho and now the world grad, the company needs to see that ASAP.

Nothing to like about this organisation. It’s better to work in a LALA company. Only Losers and desperate job seekers join this company.

Work life balance is pathetic plus the work is here is more of a sale. You don’t have to counsel a student or it’s parents for overseas universities but have to sell their product which will make the future of the student pathetic by mind washing him/her for that product. Have to make 100 calls per day. It’s better to join a call centre and earn more with work life balance as well. They have a very small office in Delhi feels suffocated most of the time plus negativity is so much that their own employees complains and cribs a lot about the functioning of the organisation (Toxic environment).
