...hat work suffers and surprising thing is this delays doesn't matter to anyone. Salary growth is nothing. Due to that employee moral breaks down and due to management procrastination approach employee found better to find another job instead of talking on problem repeatedly.

There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Company's directors are just running behind money. And for that they are not paying salary on time to their employees. There is no annual increment in this company. HR management is terrible and criminal minded women are running HR department whose work is to cheat the employees, humiliate them and not issuing final settlement to their employees. Sales is driving the whole company and they can book any kind of orders irrespective of impractical terms & conditions. Company will never pay to their contractors and suppliers on time and because of that many times work or material delivery will be stopped. But management is not interested in this issue. Their job is to find another supplier or contractor and make earlier supplier/contractor suffer. Senior people will not spend more that 4 to 6 months in this company.

They don't have professional people. Company Don't hv proper work method System along with management skills. I strongly dislike to Linc Digital.

No fix date of salary, no internal training, no career growth on Linc Digital. Internally lot of politics & HR also not capable to how to manage team. I strongly dislike to Linc Digital

Employees can run their own personal small business along with job no one is concerned , if you have worked in any Lala company with boss buttering, this is best place to be.

Dislikes

No professionalism at any level peon to MD all have no sense of judgment of fairness. No respect for female staff , any employee can misbehave with any female employee and no one says anything to that person. Rather MD will say girl might have done something wrong. Even if so, Boss no one should misbehave/ shout at female staff in company premises.

Company and management doesn't know meaning of loyalty If you have joined and you have completed 2-3 months after that it might be your last day they directly say that company doesn't have funds and they cannot continue so you need to leave. Company don't have any funds they want to do business with vendor's money and they don't want to give it to back to them too After your relieving you need to beg them for your money too and after begging for 2-3 months they will give your money also they will not give your bonus which is pending from 2-3 years and says that company hasn't announce it but in your CTC they will deduct it.
