If you are fresher then work only for experience within a year, There is no any facility and safety for night shift.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. There is no salary and career growth. On the job training is not given to new joiner. There is discrimination in employee. There is no decision maker in the company ,if you have any issue . Currently company going on financial crisis.

As learner you can join this company but not for more than 6 month. Nothing to like.

Dislikes

One of the biggest professional nightmare in my life. No professional culture. The reporting manager discriminants so much that you will not want to work here, he also not capable to solve the problem of team under him. The management is aware of all this and does not take any drastic steps like blindfolding. The NOC department has no head. No manpower.
