No job guarantee. No proper response from higher authorities and hiring managers. Work Life balance is not as expected and many benefits were revoked after joining there which were promised to be provided while joining.

Some people who work there are smart. But unfortunately they quit too.

Dislikes

The company does not really have a culture. It's a bunch of very young folks who are stuck there because of the insecurity the company has cultivated in them that they might not get paid as much as they get paid here. Too much favoritism. It's like high school in there. There is no learning or growth opportunities. The founders have big dreams but have 0 clue about execution. They also don't bring the right kind of talent together hence it's demotivating for smart people to stay motivated.

Founders have no clue how to run a company. They wake up one day and see what Gokwik is doing and start replicating that. They wake up the next day and think CM.com is doing better than Gokwik; why not copy them?

Nothing! Except the fact that I don't work with them anymore

Dislikes

The company is run by two kids out from college. Who have no idea about how to manage the team. Where founders need a deep understanding of what their employees are doing and instead of asking the team managers they have a daily call in place, that company has no future. Worst experience, things are very unorganised and people are naive. A lot of people are hired at overpay. Won't recommend if you like have mental sanity.

Nothing, run by kids from IIT who actually do not have any idea about SaaS scalability.

Dislikes

It is a vision less organisation with a fairly immature product which has no future. A Bitespeed or a Wigzo does the job better needless to say other AI players can kill it. Faces churn every now and then and talks as if they are the Salesforce of Shopify integrated marketing tools. A total waste product and it can ruin your career because they have hired people as directors who do not know their job but know politics really well, how to throw away people and get their own kin in
