The onshore and offshore team is extremely helpful and supportive. They ensure we have enough background and training available whenever we are working on this. As an employee we feel valued and appreciated for our work.

Dislikes

Salary structure and leave policy is something that needs a bit of revisit. Specially the leaves structure is not upto the market standards.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
