The only good thing about this company is that it pays salary on time.
Dislikes
The company showoff that they hold the best corporate working culture in the world but the reality is just opposite.HR is just a gimmick.
Happy place to work.Technically very sound.New age school.Space given to use & upgrade your skills.Training modyare excellent.Management is academically oriented and supportive.
The National Sales Head of presales is worst. He have unnecessary pressure and also humiliates with any reason. Late night reviews and also gets hyper without any reason. Always says will terminate you in 2 mins.
Work culture not good
No work life balance
No training
Ask employee to jump in pool without any training...learn by themselves
Then if you don't learn or you slow learner they they will you out before completing your probation period
Just manager to save themselves (one of them is sudip haty)
No guidance, no information sharing... every sales manager has their own information...no body is on same page ..false commitment during interview
Saturday Sunday will be off ...but for sales manager no off
No office timings to do....they will ask you to join zoom on holiday for review and ask to resign....else late night zoom meeting as well...as you have no personal life...your life dedicated to company
Worst choice to join this organisation
Think twice to join this organisation
- Manager is God, does not provide flexibility and is insecure
- Firefighting till end moment due to lack of planning
- No work from home policy, long work hours/ working on weekends is appreciated
- No escalation matrix in place
