Corruption on HOD level, impacting company profitability. 4. Lowest increment that too not on time. We get in nov. 5. Worst canteen 6. Non seriousness attitude towards customers. 7. No intrest of promoter to grow company.

Compensation is decent work pressure is high there is no on job training for freshers

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The HR policy is very worst here.. They are selfish person and never thinks about workers. And the worst thing is reference and reference.. Without reference yaha Kuch nhi hota .. agar ek uneducated v aa Jaye aur reference h to wo engineer ban sakta h

Compensation is decent. I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day I have attended client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
