They denied the employee experience.they differed the employee for on roll or off roll.off roll employee had much more eligible for work for long but they denied the employee work has completed thats why i think job secure difficult here.

Strategy changes every fortnight. Job security is nil in last 2 years after new leadership team. No real marketing team - MIS experience team working as marketing , only on relationship basis.

Low salary department manager is very disappointed they always thinks about revenue they even dont care about employees personal life no proper team coordinator just work get salary no team discussion md should take a inspection on those manager this type of manager spoiling another employee careers growth

Due to lack of awareness i am facing lots of problems in doing job but it's the phase and i believe that, it'll definitely change with time.
