I don't feel anything like here to say about here.. They never bother their employees career growth and success...

No growth in salary part also designation part, company only getting divided into multiple access but employees sitting same way and same place, nothing gets improve here.except company

Salary and travel allowance is good

Huge politics at top level management. Sales numbers pressure and toxic work culture is rampant. Academics team for NGS has the worst National Manager with poor work ethics and micro management mentality.

Amazing policies for employ Job is secured if you keep on performing no hire & fire policies give time to grow.

Salary is comparatively less in industry. Conveyance policy are very less needs to be change asap.

Strategy changes every fortnight. Job security is nil in last 2 years after new leadership team. No real marketing team - MIS experience team working as marketing , only on relationship basis.
