Strategy changes every fortnight. Job security is nil in last 2 years after new leadership team. No real marketing team - MIS experience team working as marketing , only on relationship basis.

Low salary department manager is very disappointed they always thinks about revenue they even dont care about employees personal life no proper team coordinator just work get salary no team discussion md should take a inspection on those manager this type of manager spoiling another employee careers growth

... tell me how to work and how to develop skills of my job profile is fantabulous. Salary is satisfying and other expenses is also good and credited on time.

Due to lack of awareness i am facing lots of problems in doing job but it's the phase and i believe that, it'll definitely change with time.

I don't feel anything like here to say about here.. They never bother their employees career growth and success...

No growth in salary part also designation part, company only getting divided into multiple access but employees sitting same way and same place, nothing gets improve here.except company
