No HR Policy Every one can Access CEO(can discuss any thing irrespective of department) Local HR is a Worst Messenger. QA and Subordinate are horrible. They don't have focus on the Business they use business people for different purposes. Attrition rate is huge.

Here, operators need to do whatever the some senior says. Despite having diploma and i.t.i qualification. they ask to draw water from A.C. outdoor, they ask to dig the soil and put the name plates of the trees, floor cleaning and many more work they said. they think operators have roles like 1) Operator 2) Supervisor 3) Helper 4) housekeeping 5) mathadi (loading) and various other roles.
