Here, operators need to do whatever the some senior says.
Despite having diploma and i.t.i qualification. they ask to draw water from A.C. outdoor, they ask to dig the soil and put the name plates of the trees, floor cleaning and many more work they said. they think operators have roles like 1) Operator 2) Supervisor 3) Helper 4) housekeeping 5) mathadi (loading) and various other roles.
