...y leadership exits, nobody is able to stay for a long time because of the toxic work culture; - Licious is not the best pay master in the market, they try to cut corners with everyone and get the 200% out of everyone by paying 50% of what they deserve.

Salary is paid very less. It's way below the market standard. No. Matter even of you have experience and you have been loyal to company. It does not matter. You can expect decent salary. No transport facility. Not even for women also.

Got the Salary on time and this is the first and last good working process in this company.

Promotion, apraisal, skills devlopment, learning all these things were made for senior department blood relations and knowing employee either they don't know their work properly. My 5 years experience waste in this company and no value in other company.

Last 5 years am working in this organization really I like this job i got 2promotion in licious, but last 1 year am not interested to work here. Main reason our South cluster head, (sumanth) , he don't no how talk with employees...

...behaviour with our South cluster head, and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but manager behavior is very bad so employees are trying to move out of this organization.

Company is very good but manager and Hr team not good ..... company same employee same work same but salary different different ..why. in not satisfied this Licious job....
