The company has two bosses. Now I got to know one is in Chandigarh and the other one is in Gurugram. The Gurugram one always seemed like a sidekick to me as the Chandigarh one used to call the shots. However, the Chandigarh one is a total micromanager. Number one reason for the company not growing as much as its competitors have. I will not recommend the firm to anyone.

There is nothing much to like about this brand extension licensing agency. I recommend learning what they do and then not spending more than 2 years in the firm. Join their larger and growing competitors. I left the organization before COVID.

Dislikes

They lie about being a big brand licensing agency. They are a small boutique consulting firm. They have been in the business for 10+ years and still have a low employee count. The reason why the business still exists is that it is lucrative for the directors but not the employees (high profit, low turnover). Their agreements are generally for a min. of 3 years that helps them put food on the table. They have no culture at all and the management (comprised of 2 individuals) is highly conservative. They are not entrepreneurs in the sense known today. Most of their awards and articles are paid sponsorships. They misuse their loyal employees and have no sense of marketing. Such companies are cursed to remain small and known only in their insignificant small circle.
