As a fresher, if you want to learn about how consultancy works, this is one of the best places to work. The directors and senior managers will make sure that you are in a position that will help you learn and grow. There is a lot of freedom to take responsibility and execute it. There is Job Security and the company will look after your growth. The culture is good, people will look after you and will help you when needed.

The working hours are not flexible. The policies for employees are rigid too.

LCPL is an amazing organization where I got to learn and grow a lot. As an intern I was treated like a respectable employee. The office colleagues are extremely nice, supportive and helpful. I have great respect for the founders and the managers. I have truly learnt a lot from this internship.

The company’s working structure has some gaps in it which needs to be addressed. There are gaps in communication sometimes. The company can make use of more technological resources for the projects management system.

This is a company that believes in taking care of its people. There's tremendous focus on teamwork and learning. People are always given opportunities to learn and shine. I know of people who have stayed with this organisation for long and have developed in their careers.

There's nothing to dislike here. There are tremendous opportunities for anyone to grow in this organisation. Politics is discouraged and growing together is encouraged. The Directors are knowledgeable and team is supportive.
