Liberation Coaches was founded on the 4th April 2006. Today we have a team of 100 Trainers, Coaches, and Consultants who have been hand-picked and certified by us. We have transformed 1000 companies across 40+ industries. On one hand we work with large Multinationals such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Nestle India Ltd, Nestle Sri Lanka Ltd, Reliance Capital, Tata AIG and many more. On the other, we work closely with hundreds of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and help them to become better.

We identify and provide solutions for the most critical and challenging problems that organizations face today. This could be related to low morale, low performance, resistance to change, scattered documentation system, issues related to lack of teamwork, vision and leadership or human resources management issues.
