Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.

Dislikes

For promoters they are paying high salary and for Team leaders they are paying less then a promoter .on an average 20 to 30 there is a difference

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Talking about job security in COVID time they give full salary and support to working from home. Company policy are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At this time no point for dislike.

Lg person can sale any product because of management & manpower power working ,training strength. Lg is a Leader Brand in industry & taught every individual to be leader.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .Policy of company is very rigid.

Excellent in Salary and appraisal but for in house career growth it is very difficult to get as HR is not so active and go through any employee review on branch or zonal politics

There is no evaluation proc as followed by HR for employees growth and very much Bm/RM oriented operations in branch level working

Work culture, management & company policies are excellent.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth slow .Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
