Yeah the company is very good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Somtimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customers in the evening. Manager do not value an individual unique strenght, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time

...Skills development and talking power, self confidence every thing is fine but... I am not satisfied with my salary because very low pay scale... That's why I am not able to lead my family sufficiently apart from that every thing ok..

In lg pay scale is very low... Personally I don't want to leave from lg.. But only the issue is low salary the company paying for me 9000/- only,then how can I lead my family with happiness I am not satisfied with my salary, if company increase my salary I will feel very happy

Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.

Dislikes

For promoters they are paying high salary and for Team leaders they are paying less then a promoter .on an average 20 to 30 there is a difference

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
