No work life balance. People need to work on holidays. HR is worst. Huge work pressure. I had found people died due to misbehave from sales head. Even I saw a sales head suddenly became area manager.

Working in LG will be horrible. There is no job security in LG. Increment and appraisals is very pathic. I worked in chennai branch Sales team. Good life in LG for Regional Manger and Branch Manger. They are at same positions for above 8years and all are 50years above they have good benefit in company. Sales incentives structure is on 6months performance and you will not any incentives in this company. There is no HR in south region. HR will be in Head office. So they are dependent on regional and branch manger. Friends my advice is to you do not risk your furture and think to join in LG Sales department in south west region.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Salary is bad as per industry and career growth is very pathic in LG. There will be no support Branch Manger & Regional Manager they are the decision maker in that company. There is no HR team for south west regions.

Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.

Dislikes

For promoters they are paying high salary and for Team leaders they are paying less then a promoter .on an average 20 to 30 there is a difference

I does not like , after I complete 5+year , I have shifted to my native , I didnot get the job in lg , my native is Agartala, near by branch is Guwahati, they can gv any job also there, but no one helping, so many sales in Agartala branch.

They are making huge pressure on employees, There is no holidays or leave applicable(not as per policy). Too much humiliation. Even they cancell weekoff time on time, not for bigdays, even in lean months when sale is low....
