Nothing much, even if anything good happens the bad part counter them all.
Dislikes
...sty while speaking, they use cheap abusives in regular meetings and greetings.
Managers alaways threaten you with year end ratings and bonus inorder to exploit you to work more
Manager/ senior ask cheap and personal questions when asked to approved leaves.
Empoloyee retention is really poor due to all these facts.
KPI achievements are counted on the basis of how many days you worked from 6pm to 8 pm and during off days rather than how well you performed during regular working hours and days.
New employess and recruita are treated as daily wager with no reapect of theire personal space and time.
Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.
If your being hired as an onroll staff, Congratulations, please do not have to worried about salary hike promotion, LG WILL TAKE CARE on basis of your performances which is highly appreciable
For third party employee, company never give opportunity to get absorbed in Company. There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff.
There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances. Which is totally disappointing.
