Work life balance is really hard to maintain.In Every situation seniors investors office at 8:30am and then we have to go to work which goes to 9:pm. Talking sense like it's not a brand LG but a local company which has no reputation.

Poor compensation for support functions, poor work life balance, poor work culture abusive language is very common in work environment, less scope of growth.

Anywhere they can transfer. In single month they can transfer as per their requirements. And sale pressure too much.. After sold the products it will update the base price only not on selling price. So very tuff to achieve targets.

Growth is extremely Slow in Lg.Although the compensation is good but in Sales Profile,a Person has to devote atleast 12 hours everyday to have a smooth Working

LG is a good pay master.It requires to improve work life balance. job security is a big threat.Office politics is there that should be avoided by employees.Career growth opportunities are very less.
