Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

Excellent in Salary and appraisal but for in house career growth it is very difficult to get as HR is not so active and go through any employee review on branch or zonal politics

There is no evaluation proc as followed by HR for employees growth and very much Bm/RM oriented operations in branch level working

Systematic Policy for Each process, clearly defined KPI , No1 in white goods products, Customer Centric approach

Very Poor Salary Increment even if KPI Achivement, Bonus is also more in hands of your Boss results in partial Rating, Policy Centric approach distroys creativity of Employees, Zero Work life balance, Employee is occupied on Work due to system requirements on weekends as well

The company is open to innovation and readily adpots latest technology.i love the fact that i am part of a team that markest reliable and high quality products has global. But i wanna more high responsibilities and good profile and i am ready to every goal achievement.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.i have to work 14 hours straight in a day but managers do not valuean individuals unique strengths.i do receive appreciation emails from customersbut mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
